View Full-Service Contract
Payment for services should be made at the time of the booking on the day that service begins. If payment is not left at the time of service, you will have 15 days to pay your invoice. Payments not received within 15 days of service are subject to a monthly service charge of 10%. If payment is 60 days past due, we will take legal action to recover all monies, including applicable attorney's fees and court costs. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Holiday cancellations require one week of advanced notice. Any cancellation with less than one week's notice will be billed for the amount of the booking. Payment will be due within 15 days.
Please provide at least 48 hours of advanced notice on any changes or cancellations of service. Refunds are not available under any circumstances—only credit toward future visits.
Please provide at least 24 hours of notice when booking services. If 24 hours notice is not given, a late booking fee of $10 may be charged.
Towels, disinfectant spray, paper towels, rug cleaners, kitty litter, and baggies to dispose of solid wastes are to be supplied by the client.
